This policy describes information handled by the Plated Studio menu grader.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide, including your email, name, restaurant name, and optional phone number.
• The storefront URL you grade and the scores and notes generated for its menu photos.
• Menu photos and any enhanced versions needed to provide previews and downloads.
• Payment and checkout details handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and related transaction details; Stripe processes payment-card information.
• IP addresses used to enforce daily grading limits, and anonymous session identifiers and event names used for service analytics.
• If configured, Meta Pixel may receive standard page and funnel events for advertising measurement.

How we use information

We use this information to grade menus, provide and improve requested photo enhancements, manage claims and payments, apply abuse limits, and understand how the service is used. Menu photos may be processed by AI, image, and scraping providers needed to deliver the service.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the grading, image processing, analytics, and payment features. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing.

Storage and security

Information is stored for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain payment and operational records, and enforce the policies described here. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You choose whether to submit contact information or request an enhancement. When configured, Meta Pixel may record page and funnel events; this site does not currently provide an in-page tracking opt-out. The email report request currently records your request; email delivery is not connected.
