For the Plated Studio menu photo grading and enhancement service.

Using the service

You may use the service to review restaurant menu photos, request photo enhancements, and access any paid plan shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate information and using the service only for photos you are authorized to share.

Photo rights and service license

You keep ownership of the menu photos you submit. You grant Plated Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, analyze, AI-enhance, and display those photos and the resulting enhanced images as needed to provide the service to you, including showing previews and delivering downloads to you. This license ends when the photos are no longer needed to provide the service, subject to copies retained in backups or required records.

You confirm that you own the photos or have permission from the rights holder to submit them and to authorize this processing.

Enhancement results

Automated grading and enhancement are provided as tools to assist your work. Review each result before publishing it. We do not promise that a particular score, edit, or business outcome will be achieved.

Pricing, cancellations, and refunds

The Full Menu Fix is a one-time $149 purchase. It is refundable within 7 days if the fixes are not delivered. The Plated Care Plan is $39 per month and may be cancelled at any time; monthly charges are not prorated or refunded. The checkout page shows the applicable price before you pay.

Service availability

We may update or pause parts of the service to maintain or improve them. We will not use the photos you submit for unrelated public advertising without your permission.
